What you will do
- Answer calls and WhatsApp messages politely
- Take enquiry details and book surveys
- Send shipment updates and answer tracking requests
- Record feedback and complaints and pass them to the right person
What we are looking for
- Good spoken Hindi; working English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp and computers
- Freshers welcome; training given
- Willing to work in shifts
