How a corporate move works

1. HR shares the employee's details and the company's relocation policy or budget.
2. We survey the employee's goods at home or on a video call and send a fixed written quote to HR for approval.
3. The employee chooses dates within the approved scope; we confirm packing, transit and delivery dates in writing.
4. We pack, move and unpack, with an inventory signed at both ends.
5. HR receives the invoice and documents for the claim.

Policies we can work within

Every company's relocation policy is different: some cover a fixed amount, some cover packing but not storage, some include car transport only above a certain grade. Tell us the rules at the start and we will quote within them, listing anything outside the policy separately so the employee can decide whether to pay for it.

2. Packing

   Trained packers wrap every item with the right material and label each carton.

3. Inventory and loading

   Items are listed, you sign the inventory, and the truck is loaded in a planned order.

4. Safe transport

   Goods travel in a closed or covered vehicle, with updates on long routes.

5. Unloading and checking

   Items are checked against the inventory as they come off the truck.

6. Unpacking and setup

   We unpack, re-assemble furniture, place items and take the waste away.
