How a bank or ATM move works

1. Survey and move plan with the branch manager or your facilities team: item list, weights, access, floor loading and the move window.
2. Your security and technical teams prepare the machines. ATMs and cash machines must be emptied, shut down and released by the bank or its cash-management and service vendors before we touch them; they also re-install and commission them at the new site.
3. Heavy-item handling: safes and ATM machines are moved with suitable equipment, extra trained staff and protective padding, and secured upright in the vehicle.
4. Records and IT are packed in sealed, numbered cartons with an inventory signed at both ends.
5. Move outside banking hours, over a weekend or at night, so the branch reopens on time.

Our moving process

   We see your goods at home or on a video call and give you a fixed, written quote.

2. Packing

   Trained packers wrap every item with the right material and label each carton.

3. Inventory and loading

   Items are listed, you sign the inventory, and the truck is loaded in a planned order.

4. Safe transport

   Goods travel in a closed or covered vehicle, with updates on long routes.

5. Unloading and checking

   Items are checked against the inventory as they come off the truck.

6. Unpacking and setup

   We unpack, re-assemble furniture, place items and take the waste away.
