Booking notice: Please inform us at least 2 days before a local move within Lucknow, and at least 3 days before a long-distance move.
Payment: 80% of the agreed amount is paid at the loading point, and the remaining 20% at delivery.
Closed vehicles: Closed container trucks are supplied subject to availability. In the rainy season most customers ask for one, so it is not possible to provide one to everyone.
Furniture we fit: Our team dismantles carpenter-made furniture with nuts and bolts, such as double beds, and fits it again at the new home.
Company-made furniture: Branded or company-made furniture (beds, TV units, study tables, showpiece units) needs the company's own skilled fitter. We contact the company and arrange one; you pay the fitter directly, or pay us and we manage it.
Appliances: We uninstall window ACs, RO purifiers, geysers and TVs and carry them to the new home. Fitting them there needs a skilled technician: we call one and add the cost to your bill. Split ACs need a technician for both uninstalling and installing; the cost is charged to you, or we put you in direct touch with the technician.
Not in our regular scope: Other electrician, carpenter and plumber work is done only on request, at extra charge. Handyman (HMS) services, long carry and any other extra work are not included in our scope.
Items we do not carry: Flower pots and plants, pets and other animals, filled gas cylinders, cash, jewellery, and hazardous or illegal goods.
