Closed container trucks are supplied subject to availability. In the rainy season most customers ask for one, so it is not possible to provide one to everyone. Ask early if you need one.

No. We pack everything. You only need to keep valuables, documents and medicines with you.

We do not carry flower pots or plants, or pets and other animals: pots break in transit, and animals cannot be looked after in a goods vehicle. We also do not carry filled gas cylinders, petrol, explosives, chemicals, perishables, cash, jewellery or illegal items.

Yes, for carpenter-made furniture with nuts and bolts, such as double beds: our team opens it and fits it again at the new home. Branded or company-made furniture needs the company's own skilled fitter; we arrange one, and you pay the fitter directly or through us.

We uninstall window ACs, RO purifiers, geysers and TVs and carry them to the new home. Fitting them there needs a skilled technician, whom we call and whose cost is added to your bill. Split ACs need a technician for both uninstalling and installing; the cost is charged to you, or we put you in direct touch with the technician.

Electrician, carpenter and plumber work is done only on request, at extra charge. Handyman (HMS) services, long carry (carrying goods a long way between the vehicle and the door) and other extra work are not included in our scope.

About 1 to 2 days for up to 600 km, 3 to 5 days for 1,000 to 1,500 km and 6 to 8 days for 2,000 km, by dedicated truck.

Yes. Your coordinator shares updates on the vehicle's location and expected arrival.

Yes, on an open or closed car carrier. See car transport.
