Most employers that reimburse transfer costs ask for a proper tax invoice, the lorry receipt or consignment note, and sometimes a vehicle number and distance. We issue these on company letterhead. Rules differ between departments, so tell us at booking what your office needs and we will match the format. We cannot change amounts or dates on a bill; the invoice shows exactly what was charged.

Waiting for official quarters

Allotment of government accommodation can take a few weeks. We can keep your goods in our warehouse and deliver them once you have keys.

Cantonment and secure areas

Moves into cantonment and other restricted areas need a gate pass and vehicle entry permission. Share the details with us early and our team will carry IDs and vehicle papers for the entry check.

3. Inventory and loading

   Items are listed, you sign the inventory, and the truck is loaded in a planned order.

4. Safe transport

   Goods travel in a closed or covered vehicle, with updates on long routes.

5. Unloading and checking

   Items are checked against the inventory as they come off the truck.

6. Unpacking and setup

   We unpack, re-assemble furniture, place items and take the waste away.
